The medical plan gives full-time FSS employees various ways to manage their medical expenses.

FSS provides a period of vacation to part-time & full-time active employees in recognition of the need for employee rest and relaxation, as well as to encourage continued employment and reward continuous service. Eligible employees must be scheduled to work at least twenty hours per week on a regular basis. Full-time active employees are eligible for paid vacation based upon hours of service.
If an employee refers someone and they stay 90 days, the referring employee will get a $50 gift card.
After being employed with FSS for 6 months as a non-exempt full-time employee, FSS will financially assist an employee for classes taken at an accredited college or university or vocational school. The classes do not have to be job-related. The maximum reimbursement to an employee for tuition reimbursement is $10,000. FSS will pay only the cost of the classes attended; this reimbursement does not include the cost of books, housing, etc.
